Euro 2024: Tournament Overview

Euro 2024 is upon us, as the best teams in Europe compete to determine who will be crowned kings of the continent. Italy are the reigning champions, but nations like England, France, Spain, and Portugal have their sights set on the trophy as well. Hosts Germany, with their rich footballing history, cannot be counted out either. The tournament began on June 14 and will conclude with the final on July 14.

Many of the world's top players are set to feature this summer. Kylian Mbappe from France and England's Jude Bellingham are just two of the stars expected to light up the tournament. Smaller nations like Georgia and Albania hope to spring some surprises and make a mark on the international stage. In total, 16 of the 24 teams from the group stage will advance to the knockout stages.
